This matcha is made from the Tsuyuhikari cultivar using fresh leaves from the first Harvest of the year. Grown on the Tsuchiyama farm in the Shiga Prefecture. Ground with care, it offers a velvety texture with natural sweetness. This matcha is best suited for traditional Koicha preparation.
