Masala tea is the most common tea found all across the Indian sub content.  The word masala is an umbrella term used to describe a blend of dry spices used in a variety of dishes from curry to tea. This chai is composed of black tea blended with: ginger, cloves, INDIAN cinnamon, green cardamom, and whole pepper.  When brewed this tea produces a very bold and strong spiced flavor, authentic to the Indian palate.

Masala tea is traditionally brewed with milk, check out the traditional brewing instructions bellow.  

*Traditional Indian Brew.
1. Mix 1/2 cup of water with 1/2 cup of milk and 2 
  teaspoons of chai. (more tea is required because of the milk)
2. Bring to a gentle boil at 212° F and stir slowly for 8-10 min.
3. Remove from heat and strain tea into a cup or mug.
4. Sweeten and enjoy
