Masala tea is the most common tea found all across the Indian sub content. The word masala is an umbrella term used to describe a blend of dry spices used in a variety of dishes from curry to tea. This chai is composed of black tea blended with: ginger, cloves, INDIAN cinnamon, green cardamom, and whole pepper. When brewed this tea produces a very bold and strong spiced flavor, authentic to the Indian palate.
